The Proper Management Mentality. 

Urbandale Property Management started in early 2016 with four partners, a hand full of new construction rental homes in The Nations and a belief that Property Management can and should be a better experience for the home owners, tenants and guests.

It has been said that this area of West Nashville is known as The Nations. It got its name after the Chickasaw Native Americans that lived here in the eighteenth century that traded with early settlers. The Chickasaw leader Piomingo and his tribe allied with english settlers in 1780. In 1783, James Robertson and tribal leaders met at the Treaty Oak, which once stood at the corner of 61st and Louisiana avenue, to sign a pact guaranteeing the rights of the Chickasaw Nations Natives in exchange for their help in protecting the Nashville settlement.
